Finished the first 2" layer of foam on top of the brackets.  Felt ambitious and set up some track to rough out where to get started laying the 1" layer.  Once the 1" layer is up, I'll get the backdrop up and painted.  Hard to fight the impatience since I haven't been able to have an operational layout in over 4 years.
